鉄板焼、お好み焼きのいい店を探すべく開拓訪問。スタミナ鉄板焼（肉はハラミ、ホルモン1ずつ追加）、お好み焼き、アヒージョなどを注文。店内は予約の方と私達のみでした。
味ですが、まず共通で使われている出汁が優秀すぎてお好み焼きがとても美味しいです。複雑で飽きのきにくい美味しさです。食感もふわっとしていて即気に入りました。
スタミナ鉄板焼は少し味が濃いめですが、トンちゃんの肉違い版といった具合ですが、こちらも肉は大きくて美味しいし、出汁がやはりいい味してます。
なお、アヒージョは普通でした。バケットを鉄板で焼いてカリッとさせてるため、パンが油をよく吸う点は良し。
駐車場はお店の前の2台のみかな？支払い方法はPayPay、現金でした。

I visited this restaurant on a quest to find a good teppanyaki or okonomiyaki restaurant. We ordered stamina teppanyaki (with extra skirt steak and one extra innards), okonomiyaki, and ajillo. We were the only ones inside, along with the other customers with reservations.
As for the taste, the okonomiyaki is incredibly delicious, thanks to the excellent dashi stock they use. It's complex and never gets old. The texture is also fluffy, and I loved it right away.
The stamina teppanyaki is a little on the strong side, like a different meat version of Ton-chan. However, the meat is large and delicious, and the dashi stock is just as flavorful.
